Some people have trouble distinguishing the difference between a role player and a poser. Even though they're both very similar concepts, there is one major difference. Role players are people who willingly admit they are not the celebrity they are pretending to be. They usually associate with other role players and form a team of people to play a social game. Everyone who in this game all know each person isn't the celebrity they are pretending to me. However, a poser will never admit they are fake. It's a completely kind of game...a mental game. When looking at a profile for a role player, they usually will display that they are not the celebrity they are pretending to be or they'll simply state they are a role player. It's extremely important to understand the difference between these two terms. You can easily accuse the innocent by not paying attention the details. So, before you accuse or report...double check to make sure they're a poser and not a role player.
